Tell me what the ledger is missing.

The index tracks 54 robots and 470 dated events across 47 makers. It is certainly incomplete, and the evidence I most lack, customer-confirmed deployments, usually sits with you rather than with me.

Submitting is free and always will be. Coverage is credibility, so gating it would be self-defeating.

What happens to what you send

Nothing publishes automatically. Every submission is a lead into the same verification pipeline as everything else on the index. A person reads it.
Maker-provided material is labelled. If it comes from you, the ledger says so, and it is weighted accordingly.
Only an arms-length source moves a tier. A submission on its own never lifts a robot. The customer or an independent outlet has to confirm it.
Money buys nothing here. There is no paid placement on the reality ladder. The tier is computed in code from the evidence.

This is the field that matters. A customer page, a filing or an independent outlet can move a tier. A maker's own press release is recorded and weighted low, and on its own it never will.

Named customer and how it can be verifiedFor a deployment or pilot: who runs it, and what can I check? A case study, a press contact, a public statement.

Datasheet or spec sheetA link is fine. Specs are published as design intent, never as proof of capability.

Your relationship to the robot

Your relationship is recorded alongside the submission, not used to judge it. Your email is used to reply and is never published or sold.

What happens next

It lands with me

The form emails me directly and writes the submission to a moderation queue. No auto-import.

The source gets checked

I open the URL, read it, and classify it: customer-side, independent media or vendor. That class decides its weight.

Conflation and related-party checks

Is this the model you say it is, and is the customer independent of the maker? Both have changed tiers on this index before.

It appears with your date

If it holds up, the event joins the ledger with its date and source, and the tier recomputes. If it does not, I will tell you why.

A note for makers: a submission cannot buy a position, and neither can anything else. There is no paid placement on the reality ladder, and if that ever changes for other parts of the site, the ladder itself stays computed. The moment placement becomes purchasable, the credibility that makes this index worth reading is gone.
